How will freezing (pausing) my membership impact my billing cycle and ability to book classes?

1) Freezes will pause your membership exactly where the freeze request date is submitted on the form. So for example, if you were just billed and then 2 days later your membership goes on freeze, you will have 12 days upon returning from a freeze to use the remainder of your sessions from that billing cycle.


2) During a freeze you will be unable to book classes, if you are ready to get back into class you can always notify us and we can lift your freeze early!
