Can I change or cancel my class reservation?

You always have the ability to change or cancel your reservation on our website or mobile app. 


If you are outside the 8-hour cancellation window (it's more than 8 hours from the start of your session), you can switch to another session that’s not already sold out without penalty.


If you need to move your reservation (for example from 4pm to 5pm on the same day) but there are less than 8 hours until your scheduled session, that’s considered a late cancellation and our normal late cancel policy will apply.


In summary, all we ask is that if you are not going to be able to make your currently scheduled session, you cancel at least 8 hours prior. This allows us to make sure someone else gets your spot if you can’t make it! 

Any sessions cancelled less than 8 hours before your session starts - even it you intend to attend another session on the same day - is a late cancel and will incur a $15 late cancel fee.
