REVFIT uses the same protocols and science that a personal trainer would use to strength train a client one on one and applies them to a group fitness setting. To see real and consistent results without plateauing, you have to hit a muscle group hard in a single day vs hitting a muscle group (or more general muscle groups) less intensively spread over multiple days. Working out your full body everyday will likely lead to plateaus or also injuries. At REVFIT we believe in delivering consistent results, which is why we chose this science based approach to strength based group fitness.
